A huge number of people are conforming themselves to the optimal length of posts in social media to express themselves. As you exceed these lengths you see that engagement with the posts quickly drops. So, what do you do when you want to share something that can’t be expressed in a 100 characters? You probably forget it or just vent it out on a call with a friend instead of it being shared with the world. This is where blogging comes in. According to the same findings the optimal length for a blog post is 1600 characters. Which gives you a lot more room to express yourself. Nobody knows why life exists. Maybe, there is no reason. If life has a purpose, it probably has something to with a thing that’s larger than you. Since, you are choosing to draw breath it makes sense to have an as big as possible impact on the world. When you express yourself, you are having an impact on the world not just on yourself. This itself can be the reason to start blogging!

I’m not going to make bullet points or numbered lists of reasons why one should start blogging. As I find that it’s not an optimal way to convince anyone to do anything including blogging. Since, I only want to write original content and not repeat things that have been already said. I am going to link to some articles that I found which give you some other reasons why you should start blogging:

I have a lot of stuff that I would like to share. The content would span from tech, computers, investing to life in general. So Follow Me! as it will encourage me to write great content that you would love to read.
